⛏️ This royalty trust distributes royalty income from iron ore mining in the Mesabi Range of Minnesota, USA. Rather than mining directly, the trust is structured so that it receives royalties in proportion to the volume of iron ore pellets mined and shipped by the operator running the mine, and then distributes those royalties to unitholders. As a result, distributions are highly sensitive to both iron ore prices and shipment volumes.
