Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of US STOCK TODAY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its Members in connection with the use of the U.S. stock information service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the various investment information services provided by the Company, including U.S. stock quotes, technical indicators, and screeners.
2. "Member" means any person who has registered for and uses the Service.
3. "Non-Member" means any person who uses the Service without registering as a Member.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Members.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, if necessary.
3. Amended Terms shall be notified through the announcement section, and shall take effect upon the lapse of seven (7) days after such notification.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides the following services:

1. U.S. stock price and chart information
2. Analysis using technical indicators (e.g., RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands)
3. Stock screener functions
4. Watchlist management
5. Content such as market commentary, earnings reviews, and company profiles (figures are calculated by code, text is generated by AI, and all content is reviewed prior to publication)
6. Community (guestbook, polls, etc.)
7. Push notifications and multilingual service (8 languages)
8. Other services additionally developed or provided through partnerships by the Company

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1. Any person wishing to use the Service shall apply for membership by entering the required information in the registration form prescribed by the Company and expressing consent to these Terms.
   • Where the applicant has previously lost membership under these Terms
   • Where the applicant uses a false name or the name of another person
   • Where the applicant provides false information or fails to provide required information

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
   • Misappropriating the information of another person
   • Making unauthorized changes to information posted by the Company
   • Transmitting or posting information not permitted by the Company
   • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or any third party
   • Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or any third party
   • Using information obtained through the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. Investment Disclaimer:All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or stock recommendations. The final investment decision and the responsibility therefor rest solely with the user.
2. Accuracy of Information:The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.
3. Damages:The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of the Service.
4. Service Interruption:The Company shall be exempt from liability where the provision of the Service becomes impossible due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 8 (Copyright)

1. The copyright in all content provided through the Service is owned by the Company.
2. Members shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use, or permit any third party to use, information obtained through the Service without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 9 (Receipt of Marketing Information)

1. Members consent to receive emails related to the Service (including investment information and notifications of new features) upon registration.
2. The Company may send Members emails containing notices required for the use of the Service, feature updates, and investment-related reference information.
3. Members may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time through the My Page menu.

Article 10 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

1. Members may request withdrawal of membership at any time, and the Company shall process such withdrawal immediately.
   • Where the Member registered false information upon application
   • Where the Member interferes with the use of the Service by another person or misappropriates their information
   • Where the Member engages in any act prohibited by laws or these Terms in connection with the use of the Service

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Any lawsuit arising between the Company and a Member shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a Member in connection with the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
